Bumped into this piece serendipitously and boy it’s powerful! I can tell because I’ve been asking one of these questions every day since forever (thanks, dad)! It changed the way I looked at people, life, and circumstances and I’m sure you will experience something similar (perhaps even greater).
This year, try starting every day by asking yourself these 3 questions:
- What is something I can do for someone else today?
- What is something I can do to add value to the world today?
- What is something that I have to offer other people?
I learned from Tony that if you’ve got problems if you’re simply not asking the right questions. For example: if your problem is that “you can’t find a job,” the right question is “what can I do to be more valuable to my employer?” That’s a game changer because if you can ask the right question, you have an answer to that and your “problems.”
“Quality questions create a quality life. Successful people ask better questions, and as a result, they get better answers.” – Tony Robbins
